Account Deletion

Follow these steps to permanently delete your account and associated data.

In-App Deletion Flow

To delete your account directly through the application, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the App: Launch the ChefPanda application on your device.
  2. Go to Profile: Tap on the profile icon located in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Settings: Tap on the "Settings" (gear icon) in the top right corner.
  4. Delete Account: Select "Account Settings" and then tap on "Delete Account".
  5. Confirm: Confirm your request to permanently remove your data.

What data will be deleted?

Upon completion of the deletion flow, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Full Name, Email, and Phone Number.
  • Order history and transaction details.
  • Saved addresses and payment preferences.
  • All app-specific settings and configurations.

Note: It may take up to 7 business days to process your request and fully remove all data from our backups.

Alternative Request

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@chefpanda.com.
